1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph33k online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at ph33k.net ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the ph33k Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the ph33k Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. ph33k reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ph33k Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph33k strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 21+
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ph33k, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the ph33k Platform or any other gambling platform operated under the same licensing framework.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Platform.

ph33k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph33k Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph33k account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33k login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph33k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: ph33k is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph33k for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: ph33k accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph33k supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph33k account within 15 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph33k reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ph33k reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Fees: ph33k does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph33k accepts no responsibility.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any deposit made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and referral to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph33k offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph33k reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Abuse: ph33k reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• Modification: ph33k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the ph33k Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on the ph33k Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, ph33k reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any wagers placed during the malfunction. ph33k's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: ph33k is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. ph33k reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in ph33k's server logs shall be considered definitive. Players may submit disputes to ph33k's support team within 30 days of the relevant game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph33k Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the ph33k Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph33k staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph33k is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Age Restriction: ph33k strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. 21+ Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits refunded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph33k Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph33k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph33k Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph33k Platform without the prior written consent of ph33k.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph33k and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph33k Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any damages arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

ph33k's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph33k account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

ph33k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At ph33k's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your ph33k account at any time by contacting ph33k's support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph33k Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph33k operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ph33k Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph33k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph33k will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph33k Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ph33k support.
